II. TRAINING PROGRAM

Environmental technology consists of 2 majors:

1. Environmental Engineering Technology with 2 sectors:

1.1 Environmental Technology

- Equipped with the knowledge of environment, the factors that affect the environment.

- Developing research skills, evaluating and controlling the factors that affect the environment.

- Research and propose solutions for environmental improvement.

- Organize and implement the actions for environmental protection.
- Ensure safety for people and materials in living, working and resting conditions.

1.2 Environmental Radiation Safety

- Equipped with the knowledge of environment, the factors that affect the environment.

- Equipped with knowledge of environmental management, treatment of various environmental pollutants, especially radioactive contamination.

2. Biotechnology

- Equipped with knowledge of technology, production skills of biological products.

- Designing, operating the production lines.

- Technology management in the fields of biology, environment, agriculture.

5.1. Environmental Technology Engineer

- Research technology, techniques to resolve the environmental pollution, quality protection, living conditions of human being.

- Design the system, machine to resolve the pollutant.

- Examine, Research, evaluate the solutions, pollution treatment processes in contaminated areas.

- Directly get involved in the pollution treatment process to ensure the best operating procedures.

- Participate in the study of environmental indicators (indicators of waste water, waste gas, etc. ...). These standards are the basis for the environmental assessment considered a factory, enterprise ... may cause environmental pollution or not.

- Monitor and supervise the objects within the scope of environmental management about the level of harm to the environment, so that there are timely solutions and sanctions.

- Lecture in the field related to environmental technology in colleges, training centers.

5.2 Environmental Radiation Safety Engineer

- Officials environmental management in state agencies such as the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Department, Environmental Resource department in the provinces / cities and districts.

- Research in the Environmental Research Institute, the research center under the Ministry of Environment, industry, organizations, projects and businesses related to the environment.
