a. Functions

• Organizing training programs in the field of digital media.

• Linking domestic and international organizations for short-term training programs in the field of digital media.

• Managing and developing of its training activities.

• Providing high quality manpower in the field of media, electronic media...

• Doing research and developing other training projects.

b. Duties

• Designing and developing training solutions.

• Making consultancy to develop training activities for HDIU.

• Managing and self-organizing operations, assets and funds under the provisions of the Center.

c. Rights

• Autonomy and self-responsibility for operations , organization , personnel, finance and distribution of income in the implementation of all activities and functions related according to principles.

• Autonomy in finding and cooperation of training activities

• Linking with other organizations and individuals to develop its activities.

d. Responsibilities and obligations

• Annual reports of working, financial settlement, results of activities to the Managing Board of HDIU.

• Tax payments and financial contributions to HDIU.  The percentage deduction is prescribed by the managing Board.
